Getting Your Real Estate License

The State of Georgia requires real estate brokers, agents, and property managers to be licensed.  There are different requirements depending on your career objectives.  You can visit the Georgia Real Estate Commission website, click here for more details.

 

To get your Real Estate Salesperson's License you need to*:

 

  • Take a 75-hour pre-license class from a licensed school;
  • Pass the school exam;
  • Pass the State exam;
  • Provide a Georgia criminal-background report;
  • Be at least 18-years old;
  • Be a high school gratuate or equivalent.
