As the Broker of ERA Foster & Bond, it is my responsibility to provide a creative, educational and productive atmosphere for my agents. I strive to provide each of my agents with the tools and education necessary to ensure they achieve their business and personal life goals. Creativity is one of my greatest strengths and I believe my office environment is educational, productive and fun. I am always “thinking outside the box…” finding the one spark that will help my agents achieves their goals.

I seek to put a twist on all events as well as the information being presented, simply to help my agents learn and make the lessons applicable to their everyday business. From supplying new agents with a solid foundation upon which to build their careers, to providing seasoned agents the advanced training they need to excel within the industry, my goal is to work with every agent and get them to their next level higher level of production. I truly believe in being fully involved with my agents and conduct training on a daily basis.

Whether a basic technology topic, a legal issue or sales necessity, every member of my team is encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities and learn something new. In addition to training, assistance is immediately available to my agents. Equally available are all the tools necessary to provide clients with superior service! Many of these tools are exclusive to ERA Foster & Bond and are designed to assist my team with the day-to-day running of their business. Not Real Estate Related

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, I moved to Atlanta in 1975 and grew up just north of downtown in Marietta. I moved to the city in 1993 and love everything about Atlanta - even the traffic. Prior to real estate my career path was theme park management. It was the perfect training ground for my real estate career! Over the years I've done everything from stain glass, cake decorating, to scuba diving... and always enjoy a good creative challenge.

My husband and I have been together since 1994 and are proud owners of ERA Foster & Bond's "office dogs" Cooper & Henry.
