For experienced agents

You’ve built some experience. What do you want to build next?

Maybe you’re ready for a change. Maybe you’re just asking better questions about your business. Either way, choosing a brokerage should start with what you need ... and whether the people leading it can help you move forward.

Worth talking about

What are you looking for?

  1. 01

    More direction in your business.

Where you want to go, and what it will realistically take to get there.

  2. 02

A place to ask difficult questions.

The ones about contracts, clients, and the business you might hesitate to bring up.

  3. 03

Learning that translates into better client service.

Knowledge you can actually use when someone is counting on you.

  4. 04

A business that supports the life you want.

Not just more activity ... a business shaped around what matters to you.

My view

What I believe a broker should do.

Explain the reasoning.

A good answer is useful once. Understanding why it’s the answer is useful for the rest of your career. I’d rather walk through the thinking with you than just hand you a conclusion.

Take questions seriously.

There’s no such thing as a question you should already know the answer to. If it’s on your mind, it’s probably on a client’s mind too.

Give honest feedback.

Even when it isn’t what you hoped to hear. Especially then. Agents deserve a broker who tells them the truth, the same way clients deserve an agent who does.

Keep the client in view.

Every decision we talk through has a person on the other side of it. Keeping their experience in mind tends to make the right more clear.

Encourage ownership.

It’s your business. My job is to help you think clearly and grow, not to run it for you.

Before you change brokerages

Make your next move count.

A brokerage change should address something that matters to your business. Before you make one, get clear about what you want to improve and the support that would make a difference.

A useful conversation should help you understand the fit ... even if you decide to stay where you are.

  • What is working in my business?
  • Where am I getting stuck?
  • What do I need from my broker?
  • What am I willing to do differently?
  • What would make a move worthwhile?

What to expect

What our first conversation looks like.

We’ll talk about your current business, what you want to build, and what you need from a broker. I’ll explain how our brokerage operates and answer your questions about support, costs, and expectations.

You should leave with a clearer understanding of whether working together makes sense. The conversation stays between us.

New to real estate? You’re welcome here, too.

Whether you’re considering a license or just finished your course, let’s talk honestly about what starting a real estate business involves and how to choose a broker who will help you learn.

Let’s talk about your business.

If you need a sounding board as you plan your next step, I offer an experienced perspective and practical guidance. No pressure to make a move ... just a chance to see whether we’re a good fit.
